The United States Department of Agriculture, commonly known as USDA, has announced that there will be new SNAP payments in March. However, it will depend on the State where you are currently eligible for Food Stamps whether you can get in on March 1, 2025, or later.

USDA claims that some States will issue all SNAP payments on March 1, 2025. However, others will not receive their Food Stamps until March 28, 2025. This is because their States issue payments throughout 4 weeks. For example, this happens in Florida and Texas.

Can someone receive $586 from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in March? Yes, but you must meet all the eligibility requirements and you must live in an area known as Rural 2 in Alaska.
